The location here is fantastic, right in the heart of everything.

Very nice stay, as always. Best base for 3 nights. Comfortable beds, central heating, an electronic key card, and cable channels in the room. Efficient and excellent staff and management. The location fantastic and incredible quite close to the centre. Incredible meals for breakfast.

The renovated rooms were really nice and clean. We were lucky to have one with working air-conditioning. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and spoke good English. the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and the signal was strong even on the top floor. the breakfast included in the price was a convenient and satisfying start to the day.

The non-renovated rooms seemed quite old and outdated. the elevator was a bit unsettling and rickety.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the medical university and not too far from the city center. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Julia and the lady with the curly hair in the breakfast area. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is fab, as it is near our daughter's university and accommodation. The secure parking allowed us to venture out on foot and explore the surrounding area. The staff, including the parking staff, were friendly and helpful. The room layout was good and the furniture was of a high standard. The restaurant staff, especially during our recent stay, were really nice and polite, which is not always the case in other hotels. The Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast buffet, though not outstanding, was ok with very helpful staff.
